My last role was as the Director of Maintenance and Reliability for a chemical manufacturing company with over 27 facilities across the U.S. In that role, I led the development and execution of maintenance and reliability strategies that were critical to enhancing asset management and boosting operational efficiency. This included deploying a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across all facilities, a project that involved significant coordination and training to ensure consistency in maintenance practices. One of my primary goals was to shift the organization from a reactive maintenance model to a preventive approach, which helped extend asset life, reduce downtime, and increase safety across the network. Additionally, I focused on standardizing maintenance practices, which improved reliability, cut down on emergency repairs, and created a safer, more productive work environment for our teams.

Currently, I run my consulting business full-time, bringing my background in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver UAS and aerial imaging solutions tailored to various industries. My drone services span a range of applications, including high-resolution roof inspections, construction site monitoring, 3D modeling, and thermal imaging. For example, I frequently work with roofing companies to conduct thermal inspections that identify leaks and potential structural issues. These inspections often include comprehensive reports with historical weather data, helping clients strengthen insurance claims and reduce the likelihood of denied claims.

In the construction industry, I provide ongoing site monitoring and progression imaging to track project milestones and document progress in real-time. This service allows clients to stay on schedule, make informed adjustments, and demonstrate compliance with safety and quality standards. I also work with property managers and commercial real estate companies, offering 3D modeling and high-resolution imaging to support property assessments and maintenance planning.

Beyond imaging, my drone services include targeted data collection and analysis that support asset management and preventive maintenance strategies. Whether through thermal scans that detect energy inefficiencies or high-detail mapping for infrastructure assessments, my focus is on providing actionable insights that translate into cost savings, improved safety, and optimized operations for my clients.
