NORTH EAST DRONE WORKS is a boutique and creative aerial photography and video service serving clients in and around New England. Born from the crossroads of the founders three main interests: photography, real estate, and drone pilotage, NED Works brings real estate professionals fast, reliable, and quality aerial footage they can use to better serve their clients.


Founder and CEO, Nathan Harding, was first introduced to the drone industry while on active duty in the United States Navy. As a qualified Surface Warfare Officer he was detailed as an Air and Missile Defense Officer on a Guided Missile Destroyer where one-way drones were becoming the new age threat to assets on both sea and land. In the years since his time defending against drone usage, commercial off-the-shelf drones have become prevalent in the consumer market, and so has federal and local legislation surrounding their use.


Nathan holds degrees from Boston University and Suffolk University Law School and is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. He prides himself on integrity and his down to earth, straightforward New England state of mind. When not working he enjoys running and spending time with his wife, daughter, and six year old “puppy” Nike.
